13.2 Liability Cap
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE
TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:
(a) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6)

(b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

endeavor to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice.
18.4 Waiver of Jury Trial
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOTH PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT
TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO
THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

SEVERABILITY
